1. Service Agreement

By using Pegkanfepmil's auto repair and engine diagnostics services, you agree to these terms. All services are provided at our facility located at 116 Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur 50200, Malaysia.

2. Service Liability

Pegkanfepmil provides engine repair and auto diagnostics with reasonable care and professional standards. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, improper maintenance history, or third-party modifications.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards
• Warranty on parts: 12 months from installation date

4. Cancellation Policy

Services cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment may incur a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds on completed work unless service failure is documented.

5. Data Protection (GDPR Compliant)

We collect and process personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) solely for service delivery and communication. Your data is not shared with third parties and is stored securely. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data at any time by contacting contact@pegkanfepmil.lol.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pegkanfepmil's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or legal proceedings in Malaysian courts.
